  1. Describe your strategy, how do you get in touch with a problem you want to solve?
  2. Do you know what your internal or external customers need? How do you know?
  3. Are your internal or external customers satisfied with your accomplishments? How do you know?
  4. Do you see possibilities to improve your work for the benefit of the company or the customer ? How have you tried?


 THINKING & DECISION MAKING
    ABILITIES: Analytical thinking
  1. Tell me about a key decision you have made in your current job. Why was it a key decision and on what factors did you decide?
  2. Give me an example when you used your analytical abilities in your current job.
  3. How creative of a person do you believe you are? Give some examples of your creativity.
